Buttttttttt, if any of you are readers of Nice and Shiny you know she's a master of DIYs. When she posted the shoulder epaulettes she made I nearly died. When we went to her house to work on my costume I got the honor of being her first paying customer. LOOK AT THIS BEAUTY.
I still can't get over how beautifully crafted this is. All of my DIY projects are soooooo sloppy but you can really appreciate the time and effort that went into this.

This pocket of air, in my opinion, is what makes the cheap MBT shoes lighter on your joints. It creates a cushion when you are standing or walking. As for weight loss, I would give the cheap MBT shoe about a 5 out 5. I live where there are a lot of hills and decided I would test them in the natural instead of a treadmill.
