I had a super fun afternoon this week with my pal Bri Foster who is a photographer/DIYer/stylist from Winnipeg. She owns a few things that I've been dying to try on so we decided to do a little photoshoot. We did a few different looks so here is the first one.
shirt - see below / hat & sunglasses - Bri's / shorts - thrift / shoes - Demonia creepers
And before I give you the specs of the shirt, can I just share the unbelievable story of it's discovery? I was shopping at a thrift store and it caught my eye from far away. Looked at the size, perfect. Looked at the price, six bucks. Only then did I notice the tag...
I almost diiiiiedddddd. I usually have good luck thrifting but this was just unreal! People underestimate second hand shopping but with a little luck and patience you can find some real treasures.

holy crap!!! Which thrift store were you at?! The only designer I ever found was a Dries Van Noten sleeveless top at VV... but it had a faded ketchup(?) stain on it and it was just a really weird shape. The shirt looks great by the way!
Fun pictures in your short shorts ;) What a find! It seems thrifting is so much better in America than in England.

Is the shirts print of squid tentacles? Or is it just some swooping lines and dots? Either way, that is one monster thrift find.
